  • This home is accessed by a steep gravel driveway. It is plowed in winter (October through March), but 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended. Chains may be necessary to access the property if unplowed snow is present on driveway.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed in or around the property. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • This property is not pet friendly.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. No events allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Returning guests and US Armed Forces members will receive a reduction on the processing fee. Contact the property manager for more information.
